1 General Terms

ckp444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the ckp444 compliance team may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Where ckp444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use may be voided. ckp444 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such matters.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on ckp444. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. ckp444 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity.

When registering, you must provide the following accurate information:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 User Obligations

By using the ckp444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, honesty, and respect for other users and the platform. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where criminal activity is suspected — reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. ckp444 maintains detailed logs of all platform activity and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

ckp444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Verified or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with the platform.
• Verified underage gambling.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Sustained inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant. ckp444 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before any dormancy fees are applied.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other lawful direction requiring ckp444 to close or freeze the account.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the ckp444 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to a verified payment method registered to your account, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

8 Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial and consumer law applicable to online gaming services. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ckp444 support shall be subject to binding arbitration proceedings conducted in English. ckp444 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
